Konusu:"bana nerenizi beğenmediğiniz söyleyin." dizi miami li iki estetik cerrah christian troy ve ortağı sean mcnamara nın maceralarını anlatıyor. doktorlardan ortağına göre daha yetenekli -sanatçı- olanı sean, göründüğünün aksine hayatından pek de memnun olmayan, ev-iş rutininde kısılıp kalmış, ve tüm bu şeyleri boş vermiş bir karakter.. christian sa her nekadar zaman zaman insani yönleri de olduğunu düşünmenize sebep olan şeyler yapsa da, ikilinin "kötü" olanı. seks bağımlısı, uyuşturucu kullanan, etik değerleri pek yüksek seviyede seyretmeyen, insanlarla duygusal ilişkiler kurmakta zorlanan biri.. işte dizi, bu ikilinin başlarını sadece hastalarıyla değil, aileleriyle, uyuşturucu satıcıları, polis vb. pek çok kişiyle belaya sokmalarını, ve işlerin içinden nasıl çıktıklarını anlatıyor.
